Maximum Lessor Risk Amount definition

Maximum Lessor Risk Amount for any Item of Equipment on any date of determination means an amount obtained by multiplying (a) the percentage set forth as "Maximum Lessor Risk Percentage" in the Lease Agreement Supplement for such Item (which percentage will be 100% less the Maximum Lessee Risk Amount) by (b) the Acquisition Cost for such Item.
Maximum Lessor Risk Amount means for the Equipment described in each Lease Supplement an amount equal to the percentage set forth in Schedule 3 to such Lease Supplement under the heading "Maximum Lessor Risk Percentage" multiplied by the Equipment Cost for such Equipment described in such Lease Supplement.
Maximum Lessor Risk Amount for any Item of Equipment shall mean the percentage set forth in the Lease Supplement for such Item under the caption "Maximum Lessor Risk Percentage" applicable to the Basic Term or any Renewal Term then ending, multiplied by the Acquisition Cost for such Item.

More Definitions of Maximum Lessor Risk Amount

Maximum Lessor Risk Amount shall have the meaning given such term in Annex E to the Schedule.
