Maximum Net Open Position. The maximum U.S. Dollar equivalent notional value of Open Positions in the aggregate across all currency pairs that may be held at any point in time. The Maximum Net Open Position is set based upon the client’s profile and Basis’ risk exposure formulas, at Basis’s sole discretion.
