Maximum Reimbursement Amount definition

Maximum Reimbursement Amount means the maximum reimbursement amount for a therapeutically and pharmaceutically equivalent multiple-source prescription drug that is listed in the most recent edition of the publication entitled “Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations”, published by the United States food and drug administration, otherwise known as the orange book.
Maximum Reimbursement Amount means, subject to adjustment as provided herein,
Maximum Reimbursement Amount means the lesser of the Estimated Cost, as may be amended from time to time, or the amount of Reimbursable Costs that is calculated during the Final Accounting (as defined below).

More Definitions of Maximum Reimbursement Amount

Maximum Reimbursement Amount or “MRA” means the maximum unit ingredient cost payable by Sponsor for a drug on the MAC List based on maximum reimbursement payment schedule(s) developed or selected by ESI. The application of MRA pricing may be subject to certain “dispensed as written” (DAW) protocols and Sponsor defined plan design and coverage policies.
Maximum Reimbursement Amount means the maximum amount that the City will reimburse the Agency for Costs incurred in connection with the Project, which is fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
