Maximum Residential Units definition

Maximum Residential Units means the development on the Property of six thousand three hundred and thirty (6,330) Residential Dwelling Units.
Maximum Residential Units means the development on the Property of One Hundred and Seventy-Six (176) Single Family Residential Dwelling Units.
Maximum Residential Units means the Development on the Property of seven six hundred fifty six (756600) Residential Dwelling Units.

  • The Maximum Residential Units in the Planned Community shall be six thousand three hundred and thirty (6,330) Residential Dwelling Units.

  • If for any reason the Property Owner conveys any property not developed by Property Owners to be used by the public or for a quasi-public use, such conveyance of property shall not in any way affect or diminish the Maximum Residential Units.

  • At least 63% of the total Maximum Residential Units shall be Individually Platted Dwelling Units.

  • Before Master Developer may construct the second ten percent (10%) of the Maximum Residential Units Master Developer shall have obtained from the Town and paid for building permits for at least ten percent (10%) of the Commercial Projects Estimated Size.

  • Of the total Maximum Residential Units, at least 30% shall be Detached Single Family Dwelling Units.


More Definitions of Maximum Residential Units

Maximum Residential Units means the development on the Property of The Estates at Twenty Wells PUD., 1150 Residential Dwelling Units

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

"Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Investor-Owned Residential Loan means a Loan, excluding advances made pursuant to a Home Equity Loan, that is secured by a mortgage on a one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that is not owner-occupied or the borrower’s primary residence.

It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Non-Residential Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit(s) was issued for a non-residential use.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Additional Limited Partner means a Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 10.4 and who is shown as such on the books and records of the Partnership.
