Maximum Residential Units definition

Maximum Residential Units means the development on the Property of six thousand three hundred and thirty (6,330) Residential Dwelling Units.

More Definitions of Maximum Residential Units

Maximum Residential Units means the maximum number of Residential Dwelling Units that may be developed and constructed within the Project, including single family detached homes, townhomes, and apartment units. For this Project, the Maximum Residential Units shall be five hundred twenty-eight (528), which shall include one hundred ninety-five (195) single family detached homes and the balance of which will be a mixture of townhomes and apartment units.
