  • Multiple Re-termination, the Communications Provider may place orders for the project managed completion of a quantity of tie pair modifications to take place on the same day, at the same MDF Site.

  • The Communications Provider shall (and shall ensure that the Communications Provider’s Visitors shall) access only those parts of an MDF Site strictly necessary for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • It is the Communications Provider’s responsibility to operate any equipment owned or hired by the Communications Provider for the delivery of the Compliant Equipment to the MDF Site.

Related to MDF Site

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.
