Mechanical Completion Checklist definition

Mechanical Completion Checklist means the checklist by this name as described in Exhibit Q.]
Mechanical Completion Checklist has the meaning given it in the Turbine Supply Agreement.
Mechanical Completion Checklist means a checklist developed in connection with the EPC Agreement and attached as an exhibit thereto to provide for a thorough itemized review of all aspects of the erection and installation of a WTG.

  • Buyer shall complete the assembly, erection, installation and grid connection of the Turbine Equipment delivered hereunder in accordance with the Installation Manual and the procedures contained in the Mechanical Completion Checklist, and, upon completion thereof, shall provide to Supplier a Mechanical Completion Certificate.

  • Mechanical Completion: Mechanical Completion of each WTG shall be according to the WTG Mechanical Completion Checklist.

  • When Contractor believes it has achieved Turbine Mechanical Completion for any Turbine, Contractor shall notify Owner with the submittal of a Turbine Mechanical Completion Certificate in the form of Exhibit B applicable to the identified Turbine, stating the date of Turbine Mechanical Completion and identifying the Turbine completed, which shall include the Turbine Mechanical Completion Checklist, in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Each such Mechanical Completion Certificate shall include a Mechanical Completion Checklist (described in Exhibit M-1), and be presented in a form reasonably acceptable to Seller, with sufficient detail to demonstrate that Mechanical Completion has been achieved in accordance with the Requirements for each of the WTGs listed in such certificate, provided that Seller shall not be required to perform the review of more than three (3) Mechanical Completion Certificates per day.


More Definitions of Mechanical Completion Checklist

Mechanical Completion Checklist means the checklist for determining Mechanical Completion of a Wind Turbine as set forth in Exhibit K: Mechanical Completion Checklist of this Agreement.
Mechanical Completion Checklist means the checklist in the form of Exhibit M-1 of the Supply Agreement attached to the Mechanical Completion Certificate.
Mechanical Completion Checklist means collectively the "Installation Manual, Check List Mechanical Completion" and the "Check List, Electrical Installation Manual" utilized in relation to determining whether Mechanical Completion of a WTG has been achieved, all as set forth in Exhibit K of this Agreement.

Related to Mechanical Completion Checklist

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.
