Media Charges definition

Media Charges means the charges payable by the Advertiser as described in the Insertion Order but excluding any production and installation costs described in the Insertion Order.
Media Charges means the monthly media charges payable to JCDecaux as set out in the Rental Agreement;
Media Charges means charges for all advertising space in magazines, newspapers, transportation, outdoor displays, or other print advertising media, Internet and Electronic Media, now or hereafter known and for facilities of any type, now or hereafter known, for the broadcast of radio and television programs of any type or nature, now or hereafter known.

Examples of Media Charges in a sentence

  • The ASBOF levy will be a percentage to be determined by ASBOF from time to time (currently 0.1%) of the Media Charges for outdoor, cinema, paid-for search, mobile and press display advertisements (excluding classified lineage, semi-display and any displays, screenings and publications outside the UK), the postage cost of direct mailings in the UK, and internet advertising in paid for space.

  • The Agency reserves the right to utilise such AVBs to discount media costs to the Agency and, in such instances, the final media costs payable by the Agency to relevant media owners may differ from the Media Charges payable pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Ad serving, Ad verification or technology costs associated with the implementation and measurement of media campaigns executed by Agency or Agency Affiliates shall be charged in addition to any Specialist Media Charges.

  • All automated clearinghouse (ACH) credits initiated by Contractor, wire transfers received by Contractor, refunds of Fare Media Charges as Transit Value to a transit account and all other forms of electronic payments (e.g. PayPal payments) received by Contractor for Fare Transactions shall be credited directly to a Settlement Account as directed by the Authority.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Client, and/or the applicable third party as set out in the Rental Agreement, shall still remain liable to JCDecaux for the payment of Media Charges and all other amounts from the Commencement Date until any of the Remedial Steps are implemented to JCDecaux’s satisfaction, and the Client shall not have any claim whatsoever against JCDecaux arising from the removal or non-flighting of the Artwork or otherwise.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the maximum amount which is payable during such period for interest on, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during such period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.
