Media Contracts definition

Media Contracts means binding media contracts, sponsorship agreements and licensing agreements of Holdings, the Borrowers and/or their Restricted Subsidiaries.
Media Contracts means any written, oral or other agreement, contract, subcontract, lease, understanding, instrument, note, warranty, license, sublicense or legally binding commitment or undertaking of any nature, whether express or implied, related to the Media Assets.
Media Contracts means a contract between a media entity and the Talent for the Talent to provide a regular ongoing service to the media entity. For the avoidance of doubt, contracts for one-off personal appearances for a media entity do not constitute a Media Contract but rather a promotional appearance under this Agreement.

  • The Borrower shall not, and shall not vote to authorize the NBA to, take any action, including the amendment, modification or waiver of any of its rights under the League Visual Media Contracts or any other agreement, that in each case would invalidate the Collateral Agent’s Lien on any Collateral.

Related to Media Contracts

  • IT Contracts means the contracts (whether or not in writing and including those currently being negotiated) under which any third party provides or will provide any element of, or services relating to, the IT Assets, including leasing, hire purchase, licensing, maintenance, website hosting, outsourcing, security, back-up, disaster recovery, insurance, cloud computing and other types of services agreements.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Central Contracts and Legal Services means the DSHS central headquarters contracting office, or successor section or office.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Subcontracts means subcontract(s) in any tier.

  • Transferred Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(c).

  • Third Party Contracts means any agreements entered into by the Retailer and/or the Customer with any third parties, such as the Transmission Licensee and the MSSL, to enable the Retailer to retail electricity to Contestable Consumers. For the purposes of this Electricity Agreement, Third Party Contracts shall include, but is not limited to, the Retailer Use of Systems Agreement, the Market Support Services Agreement, and the Power System Operator•Market Participant Agreement (as defined under the Market Rules);

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;
