Mediation Participants definition

Mediation Participants means the Applicants, the Consortium of Provinces, the Provinces of Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Quebec, the Quebec Litigation Plaintiffs, the TRW Claimants represented by Wagners, the “tobacco light class action plaintiffs”, and the Tobacco Growers’ Marketing Board.

  • Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Non-Participating Class Member means any Class Member who opts out of the Settlement by sending the Administrator a valid and timely Request for Exclusion.

  • Covered Participant means a Participant who is a “covered employee” as defined in Section 162(m)(3) of the Code, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and any individual the Committee determines should be treated as such a covered employee.

  • Indirect Participants Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.
