Member Fund definition

Member Fund means, in respect of every Member, the Member Fund Assets less the Member Fund Expenses.
Member Fund means an investment fund or separate account with respect to which Member or an Affiliate Member holds discretionary investment management or investment advisory authority, as described in Section 5 hereof.

Member Fund means a securities investment fund having no more than 30 capital contributing members who must be legal persons.

Related to Member Fund

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.

  • Interest Holder means any Person who holds an Interest, whether as a Member or as an unadmitted assignee of a Member.

  • Limited Partner means, prior to the admission of the first Additional Limited Partner to the Partnership, the Initial Limited Partner, and thereafter any Person named as a Limited Partner in Exhibit A, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time, upon the execution and delivery by such Person of an additional limited partner signature page, or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner of the Partnership.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.
