Member of Record definition

Member of Record. A Member named as a Member on the list maintained in accordance with provisions of the Law.
Member of Record. A Member named as a Member on the list maintained in accordance with provisions of the California limited liability statute.
Member of Record means a member named as a member on the list maintained in accordance with paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 17058.

Member of Record means the single individual designated to the Company in writing by a Member to be authorized to act on behalf of the Member, to vote, and to receive notices, under this Operating Agreement.

  • Teacher of record means a teacher who meets all of the following:

  • Address of record means the designated address recorded

  • Broker Dealer of Record means GWM Limited or any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as broker dealer of record in accordance with the terms of the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement.

  • Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.
