Member Percentage Interest definition

Member Percentage Interest means the percentage set forth on Schedule A hereto.
Member Percentage Interest as of any date for any Member means as of such date a percentage determined by dividing (i) the number of Units held by such Member as of such date by (ii) the aggregate number of Issued and Outstanding Units as of such date.

  • Percentage Interest means, with respect to each Note Holder, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Note Principal Balance of the Note held by such Note Holder and the denominator of which is the sum of the Note Principal Balances of all of the Notes.
