Changes in these Rules of Procedure may be proposed by any member of the Board of Directors, by a Board of Directors’ Committee or Council, by the request of three or more Member or Associate Member Societies through their Board Delegate(s) or Area Delegate(s), or by recommendation from the Board of Delegates or from a Commission through the Accreditation Council.
