MEPS+ Services definition

MEPS+ Services means the services in relation to MEPS+ provided by the Service Provider in accordance with the Agreement; “MEPS+ User Manuals” means the user manuals provided by the Service Provider to the Participant, as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time; “minimum MCB requirement” means (a) in the case of a bank, the minimum amount of funds required to be maintained by the bank at all times (except for the period between the start and the end of a business day of the same day and subject to such other requirement as directed by MAS) as part of its MCB requirement and as specified in the relevant notice in writing by MAS under the Banking Act (Cap. 19); and (b)in the case of a finance company, the minimum amount of funds required to be maintained by the finance company as part of its MCB requirement and as specified in the relevant notice in writing issued by MAS under the Finance Companies Act (Cap. 108). “minimum SGSMB-Reserve requirement” means the minimum value of SGSMB holdings required to be maintained by a bank or a finance company as part of their MLA requirement and as specified in the relevant notice in writing issued by MAS under the Banking Act (Cap. 19) or Finance Companies Act (Cap. 108), as the case may be;
MEPS+ Services means the services in relation to MEPS+ provided by the operator of MEPS+ in accordance with the New MAS Electronic Payment and Book-Entry System Service Agreement for the Provision of a Real-Time Gross Settlement System;

Examples of MEPS+ Services in a sentence

  • The Participant shall ensure that MEPS+ Services are not used for any unauthorised, illegal or unlawful purpose.

Related to MEPS+ Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
