Mezzanine Facility Agreement definition

Mezzanine Facility Agreement means the mezzanine facility agreement dated on or about the date of this Agreement between (among others) the Parent, Bidco and Capital Trust N.V., as the same may be replaced, extended, restated or otherwise amended from time to time (including by way of conversion into longer term debt);

Mezzanine Facility Agreement means the mezzanine facility agreement dated 10th August 2000 between the Parent, the Mezzanine Agent and the Mezzanine Lenders as amended, supplemented, restated or novated from time to time;

Mezzanine Facility Agreement means the facility agreement in respect of the EUR200,000,000 mezzanine loan entered into on or about the date of this Agreement between the Mezzanine Finance Parties and the Mezzanine Borrowers;
