Mezzanine Agent definition

Mezzanine Agent means the Administrative Agent under each of the Mezzanine Loans.

Mezzanine Agent means the Mezzanine Agent (as defined in the Mezzanine Facility Agreement).

• Each Noteholder also acknowledges that it will, independently of the Mezzanine Agent and each other Noteholder and based on such other documents, information and investigations as it shall deem appropriate at any time, continue to make its own credit decisions as to exercising or not exercising from time to time any rights and privileges available to it under this Agreement, any Note or any other Purchase Document.

More Definitions of Mezzanine Agent

Mezzanine Agent means the agent(s) to the Mezzanine Creditor Group under the Mezzanine Credit Agreement in such capacity.

Mezzanine Agent means the Original Mezzanine Agent or such substitute agent for the Mezzanine Lenders as shall be appointed pursuant to Clause 19.9;
