Microbiome Services definition

Microbiome Services means the microbiome genotyping, analytical and sequencing services, research, information, products and/or resources provided or conducted by Us on, from or through Microba, the Microbiome Coaching Services, and any other services We may provide in accordance with these Terms or otherwise in connection with any Research Project, including without limitation our product known as ‘Microba Insight’;
Microbiome Services means the microbiome genotyping, analytical and sequencing services, research, information, products and/or resources provided or conducted by Microba; Patient means any patient that you provide health services for in the ordinary course of your practice as a Health Practitioner; Platform means the online platform made available by Microba for the purposes of, amongst other things, facilitating the activation of MetaBiome™ Products by Health Practitioners and the provision of Reports; and Privacy Laws means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other any legislation or administrative requirement (as amended from time to time) imposing an obligation in relation to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and transmission of personal information, including any codes, principles or guidelines contained in or arising out of such legislation;

  • Certain Microbiome Services may require more than one Sample over a period of time.

  • To the extent permitted by law, no representation or warranty (express or implied) is made: • as to the outcomes, currency, completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, and/or availability of Microba, any Research Project, the Microbiome Services or Your Microbiome Report (if any); and • that Microba, the Microbiome Services or Your Microbiome Report (if any) will meet your health or medical requirements.

  • You acknowledge that Our performance of any part the Microbiome Services is conditional upon Us receiving the Fees in advance.

  • While we provide information and perform the Microbiome Services, we do not give medical advice and any concerns You might have should be directed to Your health care practitioner.

  • We are not a medical or health provider and the Microbiome Services are not supported by clinical verification.

  • Payment terms Our provision of the Microbiome Services to You and/or Your participation in any Research Project may be subject to You paying Us certain Fees as set out by Us on the Website or as otherwise notified to You by Us. You acknowledge that the availability of any part or feature of Microba may be conditional upon the payment of such Fees.

  • You acknowledge that the Microbiome Services and/or Your participation in any Research Project is conditional upon You providing certain User Information.

  • We will not be liable for any delay in the timely performance of the Microbiome Services.

  • Due to the nature of the Microbiome Services, We do not provide the Microbiome Services to infants younger than two years of age.

  • If We determine in our absolute discretion that the Microbiome Services cannot be accurately and safely carried out on the Sample provided by You (Failed Sample), We will notify You and may request that You submit another Sample.

Related to Microbiome Services

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Diagnostic Services means services provided for the purpose of determining the nature and cause of a condition, ill- ness, or injury.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
