Provision of Reports. The Recipient will provide to the Department for its review and approval: an Interim Report no later than 2 weeks after the Drilling Completion Date, and no later than 31 December 2021; and, the Final Report no later than 3 months after the date of submission of the Interim Report.

Provision of Reports. 16.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with a weekly report to be received electronically by the DSA every Monday covering the previous week and providing the following details: All tasks received broken as follows: (a) Task Number and date of tasking (b) Collection location, address, point of contact and UIN (if applicable) (c) Task status – collected and when or un-collected etc. (d) Any issues surrounding the task such as whether the items declared required specialist handling, removal etc. (e) Quantity collected in kg (the figure provided should have be a true weight and not a volumetric conversion) (f) Where it was taken to (g) Waste management route adopted e.g. re-sale, recycling, recovery, disposal etc including notification of the weight (kg) of all waste streams collected and disposed of. Any documentation in law relating to a consignment’s disposal 16.2 In addition to the above any supporting information and documentation should also be provided as may be reasonably required. 16.3 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with, in accordance with Annex H, a monthly statement of collections, sales and, where applicable, the waste management route adopted e.g. re-sale, recycling, recovery, disposal etc.
