Provision of Reports. The Recipient will provide to the Department for its review and approval: an Interim Report no later than 2 weeks after the Drilling Completion Date, and no later than 31 December 2021; and, the Final Report no later than 3 months after the date of submission of the Interim Report.
Provision of Reports. The Bank shall promptly supply daily and periodic reports to the Customer as requested by the Customer and agreed upon by the Bank.
Provision of Reports. The Principal Recipient shall provide to the Global Fund the reports specified in paragraph (b) of this Article. In addition, the Principal Recipient shall provide to the Global Fund such other information and reports at such times as the Global Fund may request. From time to time, the Global Fund may provide to the Principal Recipient guidance, through postings on the Global Fund’s Internet web site or through implementation letters, on the acceptable frequency, form and content of the reports required under this Article. The Principal Recipient shall provide to the CCM a copy of all reports that the Principal Recipient submits to the Global Fund under this Article.
Provision of Reports. QR will arrange for the archaeologist or the TOFO, subject to their engagement as provided for in clause 3.2(b) and clause 4.4(b), to provide QR and the Traditional Owners with a Work Area Clearance Report in respect of each of:
(a) the Recovery Works; and
(b) any Cultural Heritage Survey and Recovery of an Ancillary Works Area. QR will use its reasonable endeavours to have the archaeologist or TOFO provide the Work Area Clearance Report within 7 days of the completion of the relevant works.
Provision of Reports. Upon written notice to the Seller by the Purchaser at any time and from time to time, the Seller and ProjectCo shall cease to provide any information or reports identified for the time period specified in such notice. The Seller and ProjectCo shall recommence regular reporting under this Agreement upon completion of such period or upon further written notice to the Seller by the Purchaser.
Provision of Reports. The Company shall furnish to the Trustee copies of semi-annual and annual financial statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries, together with, in the case of annual financial statements, the related auditors' reports. The Trustee shall distribute such copies to Holders as soon as practicable after its receipt thereof.
Provision of Reports. In accordance with periodic reporting requirements, Purchaser shall provide Andrx with copies of all adverse event reports relating to the Product and submitted to the FDA in accordance with 21 C.F.R. 314.80(c)(1). Within ten business days after submission, Andrx shall provide Purchaser with copies of all Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports relating to the Product and submitted in accordance with 21 C.F.R. 314.80(c)(2).
Provision of Reports. 16.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with a weekly report to be received electronically by the DSA every Monday covering the previous week and providing the following details: All tasks received broken as follows:
(a) Task Number and date of tasking
(b) Collection location, address, point of contact and UIN (if applicable)
(c) Task status – collected and when or un-collected etc.
(d) Any issues surrounding the task such as whether the items declared required specialist handling, removal etc.
(e) Quantity collected in kg (the figure provided should have be a true weight and not a volumetric conversion)
(f) Where it was taken to
(g) Waste management route adopted e.g. re-sale, recycling, recovery, disposal etc including notification of the weight (kg) of all waste streams collected and disposed of. Any documentation in law relating to a consignment’s disposal
16.2 In addition to the above any supporting information and documentation should also be provided as may be reasonably required.
16.3 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with, in accordance with Annex H, a monthly statement of collections, sales and, where applicable, the waste management route adopted e.g. re-sale, recycling, recovery, disposal etc.
Provision of Reports. Within ninety (90) days of the end of the fiscal year, the Company shall supply all other information necessary to enable each Member to prepare such Member’s federal and state income tax returns and such other information as such Member may reasonably request for the purpose of enabling such Member to comply with all reporting requirements imposed by any statute, rule, regulation or otherwise by any governmental agency or authority.
Provision of Reports. FCCS agrees to provide standard reports to the Client as needed and specified by the Client. FCCS will provide custom/special reports at the request of the Client for a fee of $150.00 per hour if generated by FCCS and $225.00 per hour if generated by the claims management system provider due to special customization requirements. No non-standard reports will be generated and charged without the prior approval of the Client.
