Microgrid Operator means the registered operator of a Microgrid, which shall be the primary party responsible for overseeing the operation of the microgrid equipment (including, but not limited to, Distributed Energy Resources and Distribution Infrastructure), providing maintenance, delivering contracted services, billing for such
