Microsoft Agreements definition

Microsoft Agreements means the agreements entered into between Microsoft and SDS in relation to the terms of grant of Microsoft product licences by Microsoft to SDS (including but not limited to the Online Services) dated 20 April 2022;

Examples of Microsoft Agreements in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 2, eMachines obligations under this Agreement are subject to the Microsoft Agreements, its existing Agreement with UUNet, and its existing agreement with Trigem and with regard to any future agreements between eMachines and Microsoft Corporation, eMachines shall not subscribe to or make available a Microsoft sponsored Interactive Service unless obligated to do so under eMachines' license of the Microsoft operating system.

  • Reference is hereby made to the disclosure under Section 3.5(a)(i) above regarding lack of need to solicit consent to assignment of Material Company Contracts and the Three Microsoft Agreements.
