Microsoft Product definition

Microsoft Product means a genuine Microsoft hardware product purchased from Microsoft or an authorized retailer or reseller. Some Microsoft hardware products have their own limited warranties instead of this one.
Microsoft Product means the rights to Microsoft online services, including, without limitation, Microsoft Azure and associated software technology, and other products and services of Microsoft utilized by Customer or its End Users through the Workspot Cloud Services. Each Microsoft Product is subject to a Microsoft Customer Agreement.
Microsoft Product means any product developed, manufactured, offered or distributed by or for Microsoft or its current or future Subsidiaries, including without limitation operating systems, platforms, development tools and languages.

Examples of Microsoft Product in a sentence

  • This Warranty applies only if your Microsoft Product is used with the Microsoft operating system preinstalled in your Microsoft Product, or any contemporaneous or later version of that operating system.

  • The AAA will conduct any arbitration under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (or its Consumer Arbitration Rules if you are an individual and use the Microsoft Product for personal or household use, or if the value of the dispute is $75,000 or less whether or not you are an individual or how you use the Microsoft Product).

  • This Warranty does not apply to any software distributed by Microsoft with the Microsoft Product.

  • It includes any claim or controversy between you and Microsoft concerning the Microsoft Product , its price, advertising, marketing, communications, your purchase transaction, billing, or this Warranty, under any legal theory including contract, warranty, tort, statute, or regulation, except disputes relating to the enforcement or validity of your, your licensors’, our, or our licensors’ intellectual property rights.

  • The Microsoft Product or all parts of your Microsoft Product that Microsoft has replaced become Microsoft’s property.


More Definitions of Microsoft Product

Microsoft Product means any product developed by Microsoft that ----------------- utilizes a commercial Certificate.
Microsoft Product means the relevant Microsoft Cloud TM product provided by Microsoft (for example Microsoft Office 365 TM, Microsoft Azure TM) and resold to the Customer by Redcentric in its capacity as Microsoft reseller, in connection with the Redcentric Microsoft Cloud Services
Microsoft Product means a software product or component thereof designed, developed, duplicated, manufactured or rendered by or for Microsoft or one of its Subsidiaries, but shall not include any Foundry Product or Clone Product.
Microsoft Product means a product marketed by Microsoft under its trademark(s) or brand name(s), whether such trademark(s) or brand name(s) appear alone or in conjunction with the trademark(s) or brand name(s) of Third Parties; provided that a product labeled as "Microsoft PLC Compatible" without any additional indication or use of the Microsoft trademark shall not be considered a Microsoft Product for purposes of this Agreement. Portions of this agreement have been omitted and filed separately with the Commission pursuant to an application for confidential treatment under Rule 406.
Microsoft Product means a Microsoft product or service.
Microsoft Product means the Microsoft SQL Server which may be supplied for use with the Sage Product.
Microsoft Product means any product or service, now or hereafter developed or sold by Microsoft or its affiliates, including, without limitation, any modifications to and derivative works of such products or services (whether the modifications or derivative works are made by Microsoft or by direct or indirect customers or users of the products or services).
