Midstream Preferred Units definition

Midstream Preferred Units means the Class A Preferred Units of Midstream.
Midstream Preferred Units means the units representing preferred limited partner interests in Midstream having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Preferred Units in the Midstream Partnership Agreement.

  • Preferred Units means a Partnership Interest, including the Series A Preferred Units, designated as a “Preferred Unit,” which entitles the holder thereof to a preference with respect to distributions, or as to the distribution of assets upon any Liquidation Event, over Common Units.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Series A Preferred Shares means the Series A Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.
