Milestone Completion Date definition

Milestone Completion Date means the date for completion of each Milestone, as set forth in Exhibit 1.

Milestone Completion Date has the meaning specified in the Project Agreement. “Milestone Payments” has the meaning specified in the Project Agreement.

Milestone Completion Date means the date by which the Milestone must be completed as specified in item 1.8 (Milestones) of Schedule 1 (The Project).

More Definitions of Milestone Completion Date

Milestone Completion Date means the date, with respect to each ------------------------- Member, on which Promedix has completed the integration services which Promedix agrees to provide to each such Member in accordance with Section 3(a) below.

Milestone Completion Date for any particular Milestone, shall mean the date that such Milestone is due to be achieved (including the scheduled completion of Voya Group’s Acceptance process). If there is a delay in the completion of a Milestone, and Supplier is excused from such delay pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, then there shall be a day-for-day extension of the Milestone Completion Date (i.e., for each day of excused delay, the completion date will be extended by a day).
