Examples of Milestone Dispute Notice in a sentence

  • If they are unable to resolve such dispute within such twenty (20) day period, they shall promptly, and in any event, within thirty (30) days following receipt of a Milestone Dispute Notice, commence the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement.

  • Parent and Sole Stockholder shall use commercially reasonable efforts and in good faith, attempt to resolve such dispute within twenty (20) days after delivery of such Milestone Dispute Notice.
