Milestone Fee definition

Milestone Fee means each of the amounts set out in Schedule 2 in relation to each milestone;
Milestone Fee means each fee set out in Schedule 2.

Examples of Milestone Fee in a sentence

  • Each Milestone Fee shall be payable by NN to ZGI within ten (10) business days after achievement of the corresponding milestone.

  • Each Milestone Fee shall be paid only one time per Collaboration Program regardless of how many Licensed Products or Therapies achieve the corresponding milestone event and no Milestone Fee shall be payable for any milestone event which is not achieved, except as otherwise provided below.
