Military Airborne Radios definition

Military Airborne Radios means radios that enable military aircraft to communicate with other aircraft and with the ground, either as standalone devices or as part of an integrated communication, navigation, and identification suite. “Military Airborne Radios” does not include Cryptographic Modules, identification friend or foe systems, or data links.

  • Within ten (10) business days following the filing of the Complaint in this matter, Defendants must identify all Military Airborne Radios Personnel to the Acquirer of the Military Airborne Radios Divestiture Assets and the United States, including by providing organization charts covering all Military Airborne Radios Personnel.

  • Defendants agree to use their best efforts to divest the Military Airborne Radios Divestiture Assets as expeditiously as possible.

  • Relations between States party to this Convention and States that are party only to the 1952 Convention, shall be governed by the 1952 Convention.

Related to Military Airborne Radios

  • Military service means honorably serving on federal active duty, state active duty, or national guard duty, as defined in Iowa Code section 29A.1; in the military services of other states, as provided in 10 U.S.C. Section 101(c); or in the organized reserves of the United States, as provided in 10 U.S.C. Section 10101.

  • Active duty military means full-time duty status in the active uniformed service of the United States, including members of the National Guard and Reserve on active duty orders pursuant to 10 U.S.C. Section 1209 and 1211.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike.
