An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received.
Twenty-one (21) days of paid Military Leave will be granted to employees for required military duty or to take part in training or drills including those in the National Guard or active status in accordance with RCW 38.40.060 and applicable federal law.
