Service obligation means the contractual obligation undertaken by an individual under section 2705 or section 2707 to provide health care services for a determinable time period at a site designated by the department.
public service obligation means any obligation imposed upon air carriers to ensure on a specified route the minimum provision of scheduled air services satisfying fixed standards of continuity, regularity, pricing and minimum capacity which air carriers would not assume if they were solely considering their commercial interest. Air carriers may be compensated by the Party concerned for fulfilling public service obligations;
Obligation Acceleration means one or more Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less than the Default Requirement have become due and payable before they would otherwise have been due and payable as a result of, or on the basis of, the occurrence of a default, event of default or other similar condition or event (however described), other than a failure to make any required payment, in respect of a Reference Entity under one or more Obligations.
Liquidity Obligations “Loan Trustee”, “Non-Extended Facility”, “Note Purchase Agreement”, “Operative Agreements”, “Participation Agreement”, “Performing Equipment Note”, “Person”, “Pool Balance”, “Rating Agencies”, “Regular Distribution Date”, “Replacement Liquidity Facility”, “Responsible Officer”, “Scheduled Payment”, “Special Payment”, “Stated Interest Rate”, “Subordination Agent”, “Taxes”, “Threshold Rating”, “Transfer”, “Trust Agreement”, “Trustee”, “Underwriters”, and “Underwriting Agreement”.
Sukuk Obligation means any undertaking or other obligation to pay any money given in connection with the issue of trust certificates or other instruments intended to be issued in compliance with the principles of Shari'ah, whether or not in return for consideration of any kind.
Parity Obligation means any instrument or other obligation issued or entered into by the Issuer that constitutes or qualifies as Additional Tier 1 Capital (or its equivalent) under applicable Capital Regulations or any instrument or other obligation issued, entered into, or guaranteed by the Issuer that ranks or is expressed to rank pari passu with the Capital Securities by operation of law or contract, which for the avoidance of doubt, excludes any Junior Obligations of the Issuer.
Term Obligations shall include all interest accrued or accruing (or which would, absent commencement of an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding, accrue) after commencement of an Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding in accordance with the rate specified in the relevant Term Document whether or not the claim for such interest is allowed as a claim in such Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding.
Credit Improved Obligation means any Collateral Debt Obligation which, in the Investment Manager’s judgment, has significantly improved in credit quality and in respect of which one of the following is satisfied:
U.S. Obligations means securities evidencing an obligation to timely pay principal and/or interest in a full and timely manner that are (i) direct obligations of the United States of America for the payment of which its full faith and credit is pledged, and (ii) not subject to prepayment, call or early redemption.
Privacy Obligations means (a) applicable privacy, information security and data protection Laws, (b) applicable self-regulatory standards and (c) published policies or notices of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, in each case, to the extent related to privacy, information security, data protection or the Processing of Personal Information.
Safety Obligations means all applicable obligations concerning health and safety (including any duty of care arising at common law, and any obligation arising under statute, statutory instrument or mandatory code of practice) in Great Britain;
Current Pay Obligation means a Collateral Debt Obligation that would otherwise be a Defaulted Obligation, but as to which:
Reference Obligation means an obligation used for the purposes of determining the cash settlement value of a credit derivative;
Guaranty Obligation has the meaning specified in the definition of "Contingent Obligation."
Secured Swap Obligations means all Swap Obligations under any Secured Swap Agreement.
Loan obligation means a bond, note, or other evidence of an obligation issued by a qualified borrower.
Loan Obligations means (a) the due and punctual payment by the Borrower of (i) the unpaid principal of and interest (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) on the Loans made to the Borrower under this Agreement, when and as due, whether at maturity, by acceleration, upon one or more dates set for prepayment or otherwise, (ii) each payment required to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement in respect of any Letter of Credit, when and as due, including payments in respect of reimbursement of disbursements, interest thereon (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) and obligations to provide Cash Collateral and (iii) all other monetary obligations of the Borrower owed under or pursuant to this Agreement and each other Loan Document, including obligations to pay fees, expense reimbursement obligations and indemnification obligations, whether primary, secondary, direct, contingent, fixed or otherwise (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), and (b) the due and punctual payment of all obligations of each other Loan Party under or pursuant to each of the Loan Documents.
Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:
Program Obligations means (1) all applicable statutes and any regulations issued by the Secretary pursuant thereto that apply to the Project, including all amendments to such statutes and regulations, as they become effective, except that changes subject to notice and comment rulemaking shall become effective only upon completion of the rulemaking process, and (2) all current requirements in HUD handbooks and guides, notices, and mortgagee letters that apply to the Project, and all future updates, changes and amendments thereto, as they become effective, except that changes subject to notice and comment rulemaking shall become effective only upon completion of the rulemaking process, and provided that such future updates, changes and amendments shall be applicable to the Project only to the extent that they interpret, clarify and implement terms in this Agreement rather than add or delete provisions from such document. Reference Obligations The residential mortgage loans identified on xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/creditriskofferings/security_data.html. Reference Pool: All of the Reference Obligations, collectively.
Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.
Deliverable Obligation Category means Bond or Loan.
Non-Performing Equipment Note means an Equipment Note issued pursuant to an Indenture that is not a Performing Equipment Note.
Loan Document Obligations means (a) the due and punctual payment by the Borrower of (i) the principal of and interest (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) on the Loans, when and as due, whether at maturity, by acceleration, upon one or more dates set for prepayment or otherwise, (ii) each payment required to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement in respect of any Letter of Credit, when and as due, including payments in respect of reimbursement of disbursements, interest thereon and obligations to provide cash collateral and (iii) all other monetary obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, including obligations to pay fees, expense reimbursement obligations (including with respect to attorneys’ fees) and indemnification obligations, whether primary, secondary, direct, contingent, fixed or otherwise (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), (b) the due and punctual performance of all other obligations of the Borrower under or pursuant to this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents and (c) the due and punctual payment and performance of all the obligations of each other Loan Party under or pursuant to each of the Loan Documents (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), in each case of clauses (a), (b) and (c), whether now or hereafter owing.
Eligible obligation means an obligation issued or incurred by an authority or by a municipality on behalf of an authority before August 19, 1993 and its subsequent refunding by a qualified refunding obligation. Eligible obligation includes an authority’s written agreement entered into before August 19, 1993 to pay an obligation issued after August 18, 1993 and before December 31, 1996 by another entity on behalf of the authority.
Parity Obligations means (i) all obligations of the Issuer in respect of Tier 1 Instruments (excluding any such obligations that rank, or are expressed to rank, junior to claims in respect of the Notes), and (ii) any other securities or obligations (including, without limitation, any guarantee, credit support agreement or similar undertaking) of the Issuer that rank, or are expressed to rank, pari passu with claims in respect of the Notes and/or any Parity Obligation.
