Miller Action definition

Miller Action means Todd Miller v. Kotick, et al., Case No. BC517086 (Cal. Super.) filed in the California Superior Court in Los Angeles County asserting derivative claims on behalf of Activision against Kotick, Kelly, the Special Committee Defendants, the Vivendi Defendants and Does 1-25, and naming Activision as a nominal defendant.
Miller Action means the proceedings in Miller et al. v. Travel Guard Group, Inc. et al., 3:21-cv-09751 (N.D. Cal.) and No. 23-15935 (9th Cir.).
