Millipore Equipment definition

Millipore Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(e)(ii) hereof.

Examples of Millipore Equipment in a sentence

  • Entegris shall pay Millipore Machine Hourly Rates as set forth in Section 7.1 below with respect to the use of the Millipore Equipment.

  • Entegris shall be responsible to review and report on the capacity of the Entegris Equipment and Millipore shall be responsible to review and report on the capacity of the Millipore Equipment.

  • Millipore shall be responsible for maintaining the Millipore Equipment in its current operational capability, and Entegris shall be responsible for maintaining the Entegris Equipment in its current operational capability and condition, in each case as specified in Article I of the Supplement, unless the parties agree in writing during the Term of this Agreement to alter such maintenance responsibilities.

  • In the event that any know-how results from or is developed in the course of the manufacture of UPE Membranes or Treated Other Entegris Membranes in the Premises during the Facility Term of this Agreement (including the use of Millipore Equipment in such manufacture), whether by employees of Millipore, employees of Entegris or jointly, such know-how shall be jointly owned by Entegris and Millipore.

  • Also, during the period of the Lease, Mykrolis customers (subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations and on reasonable advance notice, and for the purposes indicated above) shall be provided access to the areas of Millipore's ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ facility where the Millipore Equipment is located and used.

  • Where Entegris products are processed on Millipore Equipment, Entegris and Millipore will work together to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and conformance with EHS self certifications programs similar to ISO 14001.

  • Millipore retains ownership of the Millipore Equipment including the related processes (financially and operationally).

Related to Millipore Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • New equipment means except for any equipment or modified equipment to which 567—subrule 23.1(2) applies, any equipment or control equipment not under construction or for which components have not been purchased on or before September 23, 1970, and any equipment which is altered or modified after such date, which may cause the emission of air contaminants or eliminate, reduce or control the emission of air contaminants.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.
