Mine Costs definition

Mine Costs means Construction Costs and Operating Costs;
Mine Costs includes any Exploration Costs incurred after the Operative Date, and all Construction Costs and Operating Costs; and
Mine Costs means Capital Costs, Exploration and Exploitation Costs.

  • Each Participant shall pay its Proportionate Share of the Mine Costs or the estimated cash disbursements aforesaid to the Operator within 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

Mine Costs means all costs which do not fall into other class of costs enumerated herein including, without limiting generally: a. Payroll costs, including applicable fringe benefits, burden and other direct payroll costs b. All other costs incidental to mining operation and Government administrations c. All costs from any slowdown, suspensions or termination of mining operation at the mine, whether voluntary or involuntary, and howsoever arising d. All prepared expenses and costs of supplies and repair parts and consumables for the operation of the Equipment and Plant e. All taxes, other than income taxes, royalties or other charges of imposts provided for pursuant to any Law or legal obligation imposed by any Government f. All incidental costs rehabilitation of the mine, reclamation and environmental protection, and g. Such reasonable portion of its head office overhead costs including management overhead as may be charged by APOLO in the normal course of business.
Mine Costs shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 7.1.

Related to Mine Costs

  • Exploration Costs means costs incurred in identifying areas that may warrant examination and in examining specific areas that are considered to have prospects that may contain oil and gas reserves, including costs of drilling exploratory wells and exploratory type stratigraphic test wells. Exploration costs may be incurred both before acquiring the related property and after acquiring the property. Exploration costs, which include applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of exploration activities, are:

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

  • Acquisition Costs means all fees, costs, expenses, stamp, registration or transfer Taxes incurred by the Group in connection with the Acquisition.

  • Transition Costs means the reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees but excluding overhead) incurred or payable by the Successor Servicer in connection with the transfer of servicing (whether due to termination, resignation or otherwise), including allowable compensation of employees and overhead costs incurred or payable in connection with the transfer of the Receivable Files or any amendment to the Sale and Servicing Agreement required in connection with the transfer of servicing.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Company Reimbursable Costs means the actual costs and expenses incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with performance of the Company Work or otherwise incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, and including, without limitation, any such costs that may have been incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with the Company Work or this Agreement prior to the Effective Date. These Company Reimbursable Costs shall include, without limitation, the actual expenses for labor (including, without limitation, internal labor), services, materials, subcontracts, equipment or other expenses incurred in the execution of the Company Work, all applicable overhead, overtime costs, all federal, state and local taxes incurred (including, without limitation, all taxes arising from amounts paid to Company that are deemed to be contributions in aid of construction), all costs of outside experts, consultants, counsel and contractors, all other third-party fees and costs, and all costs of obtaining any required permits, rights, consents, releases, approvals, or authorizations acquired by or on behalf of Company, including, without limitation, the Required Approvals.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Project Costs means the costs of the construction, acquisition or equipping of the Project, as further described in the Project Budget, and such other costs as may be approved in writing by the Department, provided such costs are permitted by the Act.

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.
