Mined Properties definition

Mined Properties has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Mined Properties means real property from which any salt, minerals or other naturally occurring products are extracted for subsequent sale or processing.
Mined Properties means real property from which any salt, minerals or other naturally occurring products are extracted for subsequent sale or processing. “Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage” means, at any time of determination, the product (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) of (a) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recent Fiscal Months, multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio. “Minimum Funding Threshold” means, on any day on and after the Settlement Date occurring in July 2020, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 75.00% times (ii) the Facility Limit at such time and (b) the Borrowing Base at such time. “Monthly Settlement Date” means the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day). “Moody’s” means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto that is a nationally recognized statistical rating organization. “Multiemployer Plan” means a multiemployer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA to which the Borrower, the Servicer, any Originator, the Parent or any of their respective ERISA Affiliates (other than one considered an ERISA Affiliate only pursuant to subsection (m) or (o) of Section 414 of the Code) is making or accruing an obligation to make contributions, or has within any of the preceding five plan years made or accrued an obligation to make contributions. “Net Receivables Pool Balance” means, at any time of determination: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool, minus (b) the Excess Concentration. “Obligor” means, with respect to any Receivable, the Person obligated to make payments pursuant to the Contract relating to such Receivable. “Obligor Percentage” means, at any time of determination, for each Obligor, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables of such Obligor and its Affiliates less the amount (if any) then included in the calculation of the Excess Concentration with respect to such Obligor and its Affiliates and

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Leaseholds of any Person means all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Borrowing Base Properties means the Oil and Gas Properties of the Loan Parties included in the Initial Reserve Report and thereafter in the most recently delivered Reserve Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.12.

  • Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, whether absolute, accrued, contingent, fixed or otherwise and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned or leased by such Person, including without limitation cash, cash equivalents, Investment Assets, accounts and notes receivable, chattel paper, documents, instruments, general intangibles, real estate, equipment, inventory, goods and Intellectual Property.

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Owned Real Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • Real Property Assets means, as of any time, the real property assets (including interests in participating mortgages in which the Borrower’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by the Borrower, EQR and the Consolidated Subsidiaries of either or both at such time.

  • Assigned Property means real and related personal property which, in the discretion of the Administrator or his designee, has been made available to the Department for transfer for public health purposes.
