Mineral Projects definition

Mineral Projects means the Joyce Lake Property, the Black Bird Property, the Hayot Lake Property, the Full Moon Property and the Duncan Lake Property.
Mineral Projects means exploration, development, planning or production activities (including royalty interests) in respect of minerals including: metallic ore including pro- cessed ores such as concentrates and tailings; industrial minerals (otherwise known as non-metallic minerals) including stone such as construction aggregates, fertilisers, abra- sives, and insulants; gemstones; hydrocarbons including crude oil, natural gas (whether the hydrocarbon is extracted from conventional or unconventional reservoirs, the latter to include oil shales, oil sands, gas shales and coal bed methane), oil shales; and solid fuels including coal and peat.
Mineral Projects means the mineral exploration projects described in Appendix “C” hereto;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid.
