Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables definition

Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the numerators used on such date to calculate the Investor Percentage with respect to Principal Receivables for all Series outstanding on such date, less the amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account as of such date of determination.
Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables means the sum of all numerators used to calculate the allocation percentages with respect to Principal Collections for all Series.
Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables means, unless otherwise provided in a Supplement relating to any Series, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of the numerators used in the calculation of the Investor Percentages with respect to Principal Receivables for all outstanding Series on such date; provided, that with respect to any Series in its Accumulation Period or such other period as designated in the related Supplement with an Investor Interest as of such date of determination equal to the Principal Funding Account Balance relating to such Series taking into account any deposit to be made to the Principal Funding Account on the Transfer Date following such date of determination, the numerator used in the calculation of the Investor Percentage with respect to Principal Receivables relating to such Series shall, solely for the purpose of the definition of Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables, be deemed to equal zero.

  • The Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables shall be the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Investor Percentage with respect to Principal Receivables for all Series then outstanding.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no funds shall be withdrawn from the Excess Funding Account for distribution to the Holder of the Transferor Certificate on any day if immediately after giving effect to such withdrawal the aggregate Principal Receivables in the Trust would be less than the Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables.

Minimum Aggregate Principal Receivables means, unless otherwise specified in any Supplement for the related Series, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (i) the sum of the numerators used to calculate the Investor Percentages with respect to the allocation of Collections of Principal Receivables for each Outstanding Series on such date minus (ii) the amount then on deposit in the Collection Account equal to the excess of the Minimum Transferor Interest over the Transferor Interest retained therein pursuant to subsections 4.03(b) and (f) and any similar provision in any Supplement.
