Minimum Sales Force Level definition

Minimum Sales Force Level has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
Minimum Sales Force Level means a Columbia sales force size of not less than [***] full-time Columbia sales representatives promoting the Product in the first detailing position, provided that any open sales territory for which Columbia or Innovex is actively recruiting a sales representative shall be counted as a Columbia sales representative for purposes of this definition.
Minimum Sales Force Level means eighty percent (80%) of the sales force size for the Product recommended by the JMC from time to time pursuant to Section 3.3 and thereafter pursuant to the Commercialization Agreement.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
