Minimum Service Standards definition

Minimum Service Standards means the minimum service standards for end users and subscribers set by the Authority (ICASA), housed under the Act, titled Regulations Setting Out The Minimum Standards For End-User And Subscriber Service Charters, GNR.774 of 24 July 2009, Government Gazette no 32431, as amended or replaced from time to time;
Minimum Service Standards means the minimum service standards for the provision of a regulated service as listed in Schedule 1 of this code.
Minimum Service Standards means the standards of service to be provided by the Adviser which are consistent with the Financial Planning Association of Australia Limited Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct or such rules/ or codes made in addition to these standards or issued in substantial substitution of these standards whether they are binding or not on the Adviser.
