The Project shall be implemented under the overall responsibility of the Ministry of Justice, with the Minister of Justice as Project Coordinator.
Invitations to bid shall be advertised in the Borrower’s Official Gazette (Narodne Novine) and in at least one widely circulated national daily newspaper or on the website of the Ministry of Justice, allowing a minimum of thirty (30) days for the preparation and submission of bids.
