Minor Corrective Maintenance definition

Minor Corrective Maintenance means Corrective Maintenance calculated according to the requirements of and is less than the Major/Minor Corrective Maintenance Threshold specified in Section 2.4
Minor Corrective Maintenance means Corrective Maintenance calculated according to the requirements of and is less than the Major/Minor Corrective Maintenance Threshold specified in Section 7.4 Corrective Maintenance.
Minor Corrective Maintenance means the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of a SEWPP infrastructure asset with below the cost threshold defined in the Scope of Services. Minor Corrective Maintenance costs must be reported monthly but do not require prior City approval.

Examples of Minor Corrective Maintenance in a sentence

  • Any deficiencies that qualify as Minor Corrective Maintenance shall be completed and included in the Monthly Maintenance Fee bid.

  • The Contractor agrees to provide a ‘Monthly Maintenance Fee’ for the performance of preventive maintenance services and Minor Corrective Maintenance services.

  • Preventive Maintenance and Minor Corrective Maintenance services are defined in Section 2.3 ‘Preventive Maintenance and Section 2.4 ‘Corrective Maintenance’ respectively.

  • The Contractor will complete Minor Corrective Maintenance on Utility vehicles and equipment within one (1) week of a vehicle being out of service.

  • Norton recognises the importance of risk management; it manages risk through effective oversight and internal control involving board and management systems.

  • The Contractor will pay for the first eight (8) hours of repair labor and the first $2,000 in parts for Minor Corrective Maintenance equipment repairs.

Related to Minor Corrective Maintenance

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Corrective Measure means a measure as defined in Article 3, point 16, of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020;

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Technology protection measure means a specific technology that blocks or filters Internet access to visual depictions that are:

  • Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Maximum medical improvement means a point in time when any medically

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.
