  • Pre-Licensed Psychologist means an individual who has obtained a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Board of Psychology as a registered Psychology Intern or Psychological Assistant, acquiring hours for licensing and waivered in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code section 575.2.
