MLS definition

MLS means any of the multiple listing services or broker listing cooperatives that is a member of MLS GRID or that has otherwise agreed to license multiple listing service data to MLS GRID, as may change from time to time.

MLS means a multiple listing service that serves the city in which the property is located, and (b) “sell” includes a contract to sell; exchange or contract to exchange; option to purchase; and/or a lease with option to purchase.

• MLS GRID’s Confidential Information is and shall remain MLS GRID’s property, and this Agreement does not grant or imply any license or other rights to MLS GRID’s Confidential Information except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

More Definitions of MLS

MLS means the Multiple Listing Service® operated by the Guelph & District Real Estate Board under the MLS trademark, which trademark is protected throughout Canada for the use of members of CREA in connection with services defined as listing to effect the purchase and sale of real estate.
