MMP means a moisture management plan to control water intrusion and prevent the development of Mold or moisture at the Mortgaged Property throughout the term of this Loan Agreement.

Examples of MMP in a sentence

  • Prior to importation or reuse of material for the development (or phase of) a Materials Management Plan (MMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

  • If Borrower is required to have an MMP, Borrower will keep all MMP documentation at the Mortgaged Property or at the Property Manager’s office and available for review by Lender or the Loan Servicer during any annual assessment or other inspection of the Mortgaged Property that is required by Lender.
