If Borrower is required to have an MMP, Borrower will keep all MMP documentation at the Mortgaged Property or at the Property Manager’s office and available for review by Lender or the Loan Servicer during any annual assessment or other inspection of the Mortgaged Property that is required by Lender.
At a minimum, the MMP must contain a provision for: (i) staff training, (ii) information to be provided to tenants, (iii) documentation of the plan, (iv) the appropriate protocol for incident response and remediation, and (v) routine, scheduled inspections of common space and unit interiors.
Unless otherwise waived by Lender in writing, Borrower will have or will establish and will adhere to the MMP.
