MMP means a moisture management plan to control water intrusion and prevent the development of Mold or moisture at the Mortgaged Property throughout the term of this Instrument. At a minimum, the MMP must contain a provision for (i) staff training, (ii) information to be provided to tenants, (iii) documentation of the plan, (iv) the appropriate protocol for incident response and remediation and (v) routine, scheduled inspections of common space and unit interiors.
