Mobile Application Agreement definition

Mobile Application Agreement means the Customer Agreement between CBI and PredictSpring, Inc., dated April 6, 2015, as amended from time to time, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B, which was subsequently assigned by CBI to CLSIP Holdings and by CLSIP Holdings to CLSIP, and pursuant to which PredictSpring, Inc. licenses to CLSIP the mobile application marketed under the Claire’s Marks and used in connection with the Business.
