In pre-hospital settings, a severe trauma (‘Trauma sévère/ ‘Ernstig trauma’) can be registered/flagged as one out of eight pathologies and conditions (severe trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, acute coronary syndrome, stroke, intoxication, suicide and other) included in the Mobile intensive care unit (SMUR – MUG) registry.
