Mobilisation Point definition

Mobilisation Point means: (a) in respect of Personnel and/or Equipment to be transported offshore by Company, the applicable Company-designated heliport and/or supply base as set out in the relevant Call-Off Order; and (b) in respect of all other Personnel and/or Equipment, the location or locations as set out in the relevant Call-Off Order, to and from which Contractor shall mobilise and demobilise, unless alternative demobilisation requirements have been agreed, such Personnel and/or the Equipment in accordance with the provisions of this MSA;
Mobilisation Point means the required place for completion of Mobilisation
Mobilisation Point refers to the place from where Mobilisation takes place, which includes the Company’s base and/or any other place where the Resources may be located.

Examples of Mobilisation Point in a sentence

  • Mobilisation and Demobilisation Contractor shall be solely responsible for the mobilisation of the Equipment to the Mobilisation Point and, unless alternative demobilisation arrangements have been agreed, the demobilisation of the same from the Mobilisation Point and, except as otherwise set out in this MSA, shall be responsible for all handling, loading and unloading of the Equipment in relation to such mobilisation and demobilisation.

  • Where any part of the Work is to be carried out offshore, Company shall provide, at no cost to Contractor: (a) routine transportation for all Personnel and Equipment capable of transportation by helicopter or supply boat between the Mobilisation Point and the offshore part of the Worksite; and (b) offshore accommodation for such Personnel as agreed in this MSA.

  • Contractor shall be solely responsible for the mobilisation of the Personnel to the Mobilisation Point and, unless alternative demobilisation arrangements have been agreed, the demobilisation of the same from the Mobilisation Point.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that the Mobilisation of the Contractor’s Equipment’s has been completed and is ready at the Mobilisation Point to commence the Work no later than the Commencement Date.


More Definitions of Mobilisation Point

Mobilisation Point means the required place for completion of Mobilisation as specified in the Contract or (if applicable) any Work Order; "Demobilisation" shall mean the actions to be taken by the Contractor following receipt of a Demobilisation Notice (or, if applicable, termination of the Contract) to remove the Contractor’s Equipment and Contractor’s Personnel from the Site and the Mobilisation Point and including, without limitation, the obtaining of all necessary permits and clearances including (but not limited to) naval, Ministry of Home Affairs and customs and completion of all necessary re-export formalities, all to the satisfaction of the Company’s Representative. The date of completion of Demobilisation shall be the date on which the Company agrees that Demobilisation has been completed as set out in Clause 16.2.2 (Demobilisation);

Related to Mobilisation Point

  • Utilisation means a utilisation of the Facility.

  • stabilisation means processes which change the hazardousness of the constituents in the waste and transform hazardous waste into non-hazardous waste.

  • Utilisation Date means the date of a Utilisation, being the date on which the relevant Loan is to be made.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:

  • Deposit-type contract means contracts that do not incorporate mortality or morbidity risks and as may be specified in the valuation manual.

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Triage facility means a short-term facility or a portion

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.

  • Facility B means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

  • Unplanned Outage refers to the unavailable status of the units of the Power Plant other than Planned Outage. Based on the urgency of the needs of outage, the Unplanned Outage can be classified into five categories: (1) immediate outage; (2) the outage which could be delayed for a short while but the units must exit within six hours; (3) the outage which could be postponed over six hours but the units must exit within seventy-two hours; (4) the outage which could be deferred over seventy-two hours but the units must exit before the next Planned Outage; and (5) the prolonged outage which is beyond the period of the Planned Outage.

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Drawdown means a drawdown of an Advance;

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.
