Mobilization Notice. ’/”Call out Notice’’ means any communications sent by Company to Contractor, subsequent to issue of the LOA, asking the latter to mobilize the required equipment, materials at Location/ Wellsite by the date specified therein. Contractor shall be required to mobilize all required Goods, Contractor’s Personnel and/or Contractor’s Equipment within the agreed period from the date of issue of Mobilization Notice/ Call out Notice by Company.

A notice issued by Company for mobilization of equipment hired on ‘Monthly Rental Basis’ will be called ‘Mobilization Notice’; while a notice issued by Company for mobilization of equipment hired on ‘Call out Basis’ and/or Contractor Personnel will be called ‘Call out Notice’.

  • The Day Rate for a Contractor Personnel, as specified in the ‘Schedule of Rates’, shall apply on per Day basis when the personnel is available at the specified Wellsite for performing services in accordance with Company’s Call Out Notice/ Mobilization Notice.

Mobilization Notice means a notice by the DISTRICT to the CONTRACTOR, verbally or in writing, advising the CONTRACTOR that the DISTRICT has designated one or more ice-jams in the Contract Reach as Project Ice-jams for break-up by the CONTRACTOR using explosives pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall be required to mobilise all required Contractor Personnel, as may be specified in the Mobilisation Notice, within a period of 7 (seven) Days from the date of issue of Mobilisation Notice by Company.
