Required Equipment means such equipment and systems required to be installed at the Customer’s site in order for Customer to access the System and meeting the specifications set forth in Schedule 1.2, as such specifications may be revised from time to time by EasyHRweb.
Required Equipment. I will wear an approved life jacket at all times while participating in the Water Sports Activities. I also acknowledge and agree that I will carry on board of any water vessel all additional safety equipment as required by the Releasees. I agree that I shall satisfy myself of any questions or concerns that I may have arising from the use of an approved life jacket and all additional safety equipment before commencing the Water Sports Activities.
Required Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

Required Equipment means all computer hardware, software and other equipment or facilities including servers, power supply, workstations, printers, concentrators, communications equipment and routers identified by Cognizant as necessary for and used by Xxxxxxx to receive the Services as specified in a Statement of Work or otherwise specified by Cognizant in writing.
Required Equipment. All street-legal vehicles, as defined by IC Title 9, must display the company-approved decal kits and must be maintained with the following equipment: Amber light bar (magnetic mount) Tattletale Wireless Alarm kit (Mobile/Road Patrols only) Emergency roadside kit (flares, pylons, etc.) First Aid Kit Handheld spotlight Jumper cables Snow chains/cables (where regionally appropriate) Billing: TBD based on RFP responses. Required Equipment means such equipment and systems required to be installed at the Customer’s site in order for Customer to access the System and meeting the specifications set forth in Schedule 1.2, as such specifications may be revised from time to time by primeFORCE.
Required Equipment means such equipment and systems, including, without limitation, telecommunications links and Internet connectivity, required to be installed and operational at Licensee's site in order for Licensee to access the ASP Service.
Required Equipment has the meaning given in Section 10.1(c)(ii). “Resources” has the meaning given in Section 4.1(c). “Replacement Period” has the meaning given in Section 18.2(c)(ix)(3). “Restricted Subcontractor” shall mean any Subcontractors that: (i) provide services or Resources that relate to: (A) Eligible Recipient banking relationships; (B) software used by Eligible Recipients for scheduling, electronic medical records, patient accounting, and the delivery of patient care; (C) payors; (D) real estate owned or leased by Eligible Recipients; or (E) products or services provided to multiple areas within Eligible Recipients with the majority of the products or services associated with areas outside of the revenue cycle; or (ii) are Data Subcontractors. “Retained Expenses” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-A, Section 3.4.
Required Equipment means (a) the equipment required by this Exhibit S, and (b) any substitute equipment installed pursuant to this Section 10.12. Landlord shall not substitute other equipment for any of the Required Equipment without Tenant’s prior written consent. Provided that Landlord shall have demonstrated to Tenant’s reasonable satisfaction that such substitute other equipment has equivalent or better functionality, Tenant shall not unreasonably withhold its consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be required to consent to any equipment in substitution for any of the equipment required by this Exhibit S not theretofore purchased, installed and placed in service. The Commencement Conditions shall be deemed satisfied when the following has occurred:
1. The structure of and below and two floors immediately above the Premises, including, in such portions of the Building, (a) Landlord’s Telecommunications Infrastructure, and (b) all shafts and openings for Tenant’s Telecommunications Infrastructure.
2. The floor slabs for all floors on which the Premises are located and the floor immediately above the Premises shall have been placed and cured (not less than 90% of each floor cured for not less than 28 days and the balance cured for not less than 5 days).
3. All fireproofing on all floors on which the Premises are located shall be completed.
4. The curtain wall surrounding the floors on which the Premises are located shall be completed, except for the hoist bay curtainwall openings on each floor.
Required Equipment means any of the following that is required by the Service, including but not limited to:
i. an ADSL Modem;
ii. a router;
iii. a switch;
iv. an Ethernet port/card to connect your computer to the ADSL Modem;
v. a telephone wall socket to connect the ADSL Modem to your ADSL Phone Line;
vi. an approved filter for each telephony device; and
vii. any additional equipment that may be required for your particular computer and telephone requirements.
