Required Equipment definition

Required Equipment means such equipment and systems required to be installed at the Customer’s site in order for Customer to access the System and meeting the specifications set forth in Schedule 1.2, as such specifications may be revised from time to time by EasyHRweb.
Required Equipment. I will wear an approved life jacket at all times while participating in the Water Sports Activities. I also acknowledge and agree that I will carry on board of any water vessel all additional safety equipment as required by the Releasees. I agree that I shall satisfy myself of any questions or concerns that I may have arising from the use of an approved life jacket and all additional safety equipment before commencing the Water Sports Activities.
Required Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • The list of Required Equipment as of the date of this Agreement is shown on Schedule 1.2. Unless expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining, operating and maintaining the Required Equipment and all Customer communication lines and capabilities as may be necessary for Customer to access and use the System.

  • All risk in and title to this Required Equipment passes to you ondelivery.

  • EasyHRweb shall advise Customer from time to time as to the Required Equipment and the configuration necessary to utilize the System.


More Definitions of Required Equipment

Required Equipment means all computer hardware, software and other equipment or facilities including servers, power supply, workstations, printers, concentrators, communications equipment and routers identified by Cognizant as necessary for and used by Xxxxxxx to receive the Services as specified in a Statement of Work or otherwise specified by Cognizant in writing.

Required Equipment means any of the following that is required by the Service, including but not limited to:
Required Equipment. Hand Held Console or Computer Contractor shall perform frequency drive preventative maintenance as listed in OEM documentation, including but not limited to items described below. All frequency drive preventative maintenance visits must be scheduled and approved by building management staff. Contractor must store spare cooling fans onsite. The services outlined below are to be included, at a minimum, as frequency drive preventative maintenance to the County at least once every six (6) months: Visual inspection of circuit boards and components; address issues as needed Cleaning with dry air Clean dust and direct from heat sink fins Check electrical connections and tighten with correct torque wrench/driver as needed; Check and replace cooling fans as needed Exercise drive by commanding on and off through BMS and verify that drive is responding as expected; Exercise drive by changing speed reference and verify that drive is responding as expected; Replace air filter as needed The services outlined below are to be included, at a minimum, as frequency drive preventative maintenance to the County at least once per year: Check output power with oscilloscope for each drive; printout of sine wave for each from must be provided to the County for review Perform an IR thermal scan of the drives power input and power output; provide the County a report of IR scan results for each drive. The services outlined below are to be included, at a minimum, as frequency drive preventative maintenance to the County at least once per preventative maintenance visit: Provide a report detailing all preventative maintenance tasks performed and list any deficiencies encountered for each drive.
Required Equipment. I will provide my child with headphones for their digital device while in SPR programs.  Participation: I understand that my child’s participation during periods dedicated to remote learning or classroom meetings will be encouraged, but ultimately is voluntary. Should my child choose not to use this time for schoolwork, there will be alternate activities available.
