Money Market Notes definition

Money Market Notes means promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Money Market Loans, and "Money Market Note" means any one of such promissory notes issued hereunder.
Money Market Notes means, in respect of any Issuer, the Money Market Notes as defined in the relevant Issuer Master Definitions Schedule and eligible for purchase by money market funds under Rule 2a-7 of the US Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended;
Money Market Notes means the promissory notes provided for by Section 2.08(c) hereof and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

Examples of Money Market Notes in a sentence

  • The Company shall provide written notice to all Holders of the Money Market Notes at least 14 days prior to any decrease in the interest rate to be paid thereon, which notice shall set forth the new interest rate to be paid and the effective date of such change.

  • The Company shall have the right to increase the interest rate paid on the Money Market Notes at any time without prior notice to the Holders of the Money Market Notes.

Money Market Notes means, collectively, the promissory notes of the Company, each substantially in the form of Exhibit F.
Money Market Notes or "Money Market Note" means the Company's Unsecured Adjustable Rate, Subordinated Money Market Note(s) issued pursuant to this Indenture.

Money Market Notes means Notes which will be “Eligible Securities” within the meaning of Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act; Monthly Interest Payment Dates means, in respect of any Money Market Notes, each monthly date specified in the applicable Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus for the payment of interest and/or principal until the occurrence of a Pass-through Trigger Event and, following such occurrence, the Quarterly Interest Payment Dates as specified in the applicable Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus for payment of interest and/or principal subject, in each case, to the appropriate Business Day Convention, if any, specified in the applicable Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus;
