The Company shall provide written notice to all Holders of the Money Market Notes at least 14 days prior to any decrease in the interest rate to be paid thereon, which notice shall set forth the new interest rate to be paid and the effective date of such change.
The Company shall have the right to increase the interest rate paid on the Money Market Notes at any time without prior notice to the Holders of the Money Market Notes.
The Agent on behalf of each Bank shall have received Committed Notes in the principal amounts equal to each such Bank's Commitment, and Money Market Notes in the principal amounts equal to the Total Commitment, each duly executed and delivered by the Company.
