Transactions which involve a purchase and sale, or sale and purchase, of shares of the same series of an investment company (excluding Money Market Funds and Short Duration Funds or similar short-term fixed income fund) within sixty (60) calendar days shall be deemed to be of a trading nature and thus prohibited unless prior written approval of the transaction is obtained from the Review Officer.
