Monthly Capacity Payment definition

Monthly Capacity Payment or “MCP” has the meaning ascribed to it in Exhibit F.
Monthly Capacity Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2. “Moody’s” shall mean Xxxxx’x Investor Services, Inc.
Monthly Capacity Payment or “MCP” means the payment for Capacity calculated in accordance with Appendix A.

Examples of Monthly Capacity Payment in a sentence

  • If the Round-Trip Efficiency Rate for an Energy Storage System changes during such month, then the Monthly Capacity Payment for the applicable Project System for such month shall be prorated based on the applicable Tested Round-Trip Efficiency Rate (and resulting Round-Trip Efficiency Rate Factor) of the Energy Storage System before such change and the applicable Tested Round-Trip Efficiency Rate (and resulting Round-Trip Efficiency Rate Factor) for the Energy Storage System from and after such change.

  • If the Contract Capacity of the Energy Storage System changes during such month, then the Monthly Capacity Payment of the Energy Storage System for such month shall be prorated based on the applicable Contract Capacity of the Energy Storage System before such change and the applicable Contract Capacity of the Energy Storage System from and after such change.

  • The Monthly Capacity Payment for each month of the Delivery Period shall be equal to the sum of the Monthly Capacity Payment for each Project System, as determined as follows: MCPm = CCm x CR x SFm x EAFm x RTERFm Where: MCPm is the Monthly Capacity Payment for a Project System expressed in Dollars for month m of the Delivery Period.

  • The Commercial Operation Test shall establish the initial level of Contract Capacity and Tested Round-Trip Efficiency Rate for purposes of calculating the Monthly Capacity Payment under Section 9.2.

  • If month m is less than a full calendar month, then the Monthly Capacity Payment for a Project System for such month shall be prorated based on the number of days of the Delivery Period during such month.

Monthly Capacity Payment means the payment required to be made by Buyer to Seller each month of the Delivery Term as compensation for the Product, as calculated in accordance with Exhibit C.

Monthly Capacity Payment means and is the sum of the Hourly Capacity Payments for each hour of the DR Event for such month. The Hourly Capacity Payment means and is calculated based on the ratio of Seller’s Performance to its Commitment Level per hour (“Hourly Capacity Ratio”) pursuant to Table 4.2.1 below and as further illustrated in Appendix XII (“Example Calculation of Monthly Capacity Payment”). The Hourly Capacity Ratio cannot be greater than the Commitment Level or less than zero (0).
