Monthly Contract Price definition

Monthly Contract Price has the meaning set forth in section 5.2(e).
Monthly Contract Price means the price for each Month calculated in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of Schedule 5 (Payment Mechanism);

  • The Parties acknowledge that for each Contract Year of this agreement, the Commission will determine the Contract Price Components and the Monthly Contract Price, based on the projections submitted by Seller and the Formula Rate.

  • For any Billing Month in which payment from Buyer to Seller is due, Seller shall send an invoice to SDG&E for such Billing Month’s Monthly Contract Price Payment no later than the tenth (10th) day of such Billing Month.

More Definitions of Monthly Contract Price

Monthly Contract Price means the sum to be paid by TfNSW to the Operator for the Contract Bus Services provided in each Contract Month, which is equal to the Annual Contract Price divided by 12.

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.
